Sleep!!

I have been making sleep mask for friends and family. I am one of those people that gets up with the Sun. Even a little light and I am up and wide a wake. I made one for my self and liked it so now every one is getting one.
I like using my darker Batiks for them . It also gives me a chance to practice my free motion quilting.

OH Little Christmas tree!

My DA Gladys and I have a small 4' tree. I thought we needed a little Christmas cheer. This isn't the best photo but it will give you all a idea of all the candle Matt's I have been making.

I think this is the last of them? They make nice little gifts with the candle.

Sewing Just a little!

I am sending this to DD Jennie today and thought to take a photo first. I embroidered it in Florida and found it while looking for some other things. I have been making candle Matt's in various fabrics and sending them out as fast as I get them done. I got a late start on Christmas sewing this year .

Happy B-Day Jennie!

Happy Birthday DD Jennie!! This will be in the mail in time for the big day! DDJ ask me to make her a small covered note book with a small date book in it, for her so this is it! The date book will fit in side so it will be easy to carry in a hand bag. I wish I had put a pen holder in it but she can clip it to the inside I think.

Just a little Christmas!

I made a stack of mug rugs to give as small gift with a Christmas mug and hot chocolate. I all ways need small gifts for people like the postman and others. I made this candle mat as a gift and decided that I liked it and kept it. So much for the spirit of giving!! HO! HO! HO!

What a month!!

This is the quilt my DF in my Orchard quilt group made for my DS that was in a bad accident and has a lot of fractures in his body.
What dear friends they are to think of him and give this quilt to him . I flu back to Nebraska when it happened and he has a lot of pain with everything . He will take a while to mend but he is alive!! I am happy to say!! I got to spend Thanks Giving with all my family so there was a good side to the trip.
