just things I have made .

The jar cover or wrap was on pinterest. I thought it would be great for my tea. It will keep my hand from getting  to hot. I use QT. jars to make it in the morning. I used to use a 24 oz. glass mug but after a while the crack from the heat . The canning jars a tempered so the don't break.
They are really to make for button or thread jars with the lids on them.
I will be making more of these!!

The pinnie's are for a trade I am doing . 3 to trade and one to keep or gift.

The rose post card was made some time ago. I thought it was time to send it as a little random act of kindness. To some one. it's going in the mail Monday.

Just small things.

 This is a mug caddy. Really a mug liner and organizer. This is a great way to use all the miss matched and odd mugs you collect . I can not believe all I can get in one. I cleared off the table beside my chair off all my sewing stuff. and still have room for more.

 This was block was the project of the week for a on line group called Quick Quilt Saturday.
You had to make it into something . So I just quilted it and added a cup for my sister for Valentines day.
It made a great little mug rug.

 I had 4 fat quarters so I made some small box baskets and some pinnies. I will post a photo of the pinnies later when I get a photo taken of them.

PS Oh baby is it cold out side! Better to stay in and sew!

The Orchard Quilters started out the New Year with a Jelly roll race at our first meeting of the New Year in Jan.
Then they brought them back with at least the tops done for all to see. Linda and Luanne completed quilts .
Good job to all !

My Bedroom & Christmas ornaments. Happy New Year!

 Here my bedroom . It's finished but for a little painting of some of the trim. it only took over 6 months to do .
I had a big hole in the floor that had to be fixed.
Thanks to my DD Jennie and her fortitude and persistence to get me help it's looking good. It's nice to be in my bedroom instead of the living room! What some paint, some trim and a new laminate floor can do for a room!
Now I am sorting thing and trying to get some organization back in the living room.
Which is also my sewing room/living room until Spring.

I made the family all a new ornament for Christmas this year. This one is my friend Janie's. I had a little Elvis fabric.
The boys was mad out of red and black Star War fabric and all the girls was pretty Christmas  and red fabrics.
