When I made the pattern it was way to big so I took 8" out of the middle back. Now it fits fair for the first try. I took measurements like the book said but they were just to big.
He likes waring it. the whole time I was sewing it (about a hour and a half) He sat in the sewing room and watched me work on it. The 1 1/2 hours was from the making of the pattern to the embroidery. Start to finish.
My poor dog looks like he got hit with a lawn mower with a dull blade.He is the best and most loving little dog you could ask for.

Teddy's a very stylish dog. And a good model too. My stupid cat keeps going out & coming back in, about 4 times now this morning. He's an optimist I guess, he keeps thinking it will be warmer out & the wind will be gone. I'm just staying in and cutting quilt pieces.
ah.... I love Teddy's coat. I wonder if I should make some for the ducks. lol
